Jamie Bissonnette is the chef and co-owner of Toro NYC, Toro Boston and Coppa. He is winner of the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef Northeast and is also Food & Wine’s Best New Chef: People’s Choice. He has been featured in The New York Times, The Boston Globe, The Wall Street Journal and Bon Appetit. He is also winner of the Cochon 555 nose-to-tail competition. Jamie splits his time between Boston, Massachusetts and New York City.
